Staff was really loyal, overall experience was great. Hotel is located 1 km away from german spy museum. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Kreuzberg district.

The location is great - we reached everything on foot! Room very clean, comfortable, quiet. . . The staff was friendly... we didn't lack for anything and we will come back for sure

Room top! Ingenious location, directly at Checkpoint Charlie, U Bahn Kochstraße around the corner. Still, it was nice and quiet in the room. All clean and tidy.
There's nothing I didn't like. Well only the price for the breakfast with 14-, Euro we found too expensive.

The location is top and the reception area is spacious and representative. Plenty of room in the breakfast room.
I could not see what should have been deluxe about my deluxe double room. Breakfast is more of a standard.

The hotel is very centrally located. We enjoyed our stay in Berlin very much. We will stay overnight in this hotel again on our next trip to Berlin. On request we also got a small breakfast that was completely sufficient. The staff was very competent and could give us many hints where and how we could reach the sights. Thanks a lot! We'll definitely meet again!!

The location is very convenient, walking distance from Mitte, which is the centre of Berlin, and near to metro station. The price/value ratio was more than satisfactoory, (however i booked a special offer). The room was clean, comfortable and modern, and the staff was very polite and willing to advise us. There was always hot water.
